We are seeking a skilled and motivated Traveling Civil Construction

Laborer with experience in EV charging infrastructure projects. This role

is critical to our mission, involving hands-on work in site preparation,

including tasks such as earthmoving, tying rebar cages, and finishing

concrete. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil

construction with specific experience related to EV charging

installations. This position requires extensive travel to project sites

across the country, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the

expansion of EV infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform site preparation work, including excavation, grading, and

compaction, to prepare for the installation of EV charging stations.

• Tie rebar cages and construct forms for concrete, ensuring structures

are built to specifications and standards.

• Execute concrete pouring and finishing tasks, achieving smooth and

durable surfaces.

• Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, foremen, and

other construction staff, to ensure projects are completed efficiently

and effectively.

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work

environment.

• Operate construction machinery and equipment as needed, with a

focus on safety and efficiency.


• Travel to various construction sites as required, adapting to changing

work environments and project needs.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a civil construction laborer, with specific skills in

rebar tying and concrete finishing.

• Experience working on EV charging station projects is highly

preferred.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to different project sites

across the country.

• Strong understanding of construction safety practices and OSHA

regulations.

• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with

coworkers and project managers.

• Physical fitness and the ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
