Our client is seeking experienced Carpenters to perform rough, trim, and finish carpentry in the modification of shipping container-based structures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

●    Set up and operate woodworking tools to cut, form, and finish materials for the job

●    Erect or dismantle structures, build, repair, and/or refinish walls or structures

●    Set up framing jigs to the correct size for walls

●    Install doors, windows, framing, insulation, paneling, PVC, cabinetry, and trim

●    Build boxes unsupervised

●    Install wood floors and coin flooring

●    Install sheetrock, tape, and float

●    Run MC Wire

●    Review shop drawings

●    Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities:

●    3+ years of experience

●    Ability to read shop drawings

●    Skilled craftsman, able to perform quality finish work

●    Good understanding of equipment used

●    Safety-conscious mindset

●    Good communication and interpersonal skills

●    Willingness to learn and adapt

●    Flexible, friendly, able to collaborate with and coach others, and work in a team

●    Strong critical thinking skills
