Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair cable systems, including coaxial and fiber optic networks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation sites and determine the most efficient installation methods.
• Utilize testing equipment to diagnose issues and verify the integrity of installations, ensuring optimal performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining installation processes and resolving customer inquiries effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
• Document installation processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in cable installation or related fields are a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in cable installation or telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of cable installation techniques and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including heights and confined spaces.

Preferred:

• Experience with fiber optic installation and splicing.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and practices.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
