The job description of a battery energy storage field technician may include the following duties and responsibilities:

1.     Install BESS components, including batteries, inverters, and power conditioning equipment, according to project specifications and safety standards.

2.     Conduct site surveys and assess the feasibility of BESS installations in collaboration with project managers and engineers.

3.     Commission and test BESS systems to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.

4.     Monitor and analyze BESS system performance using monitoring software and diagnostic tools.
