We’re looking for Apprentice/Helper HVAC Technicians eager to learn, grow, and contribute to maintaining and servicing commercial HVAC systems. This is your chance to join a supportive team and develop the skills you need for a successful career in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

•    Assist experienced technicians in servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems.

•    Learn how to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment under the guidance of skilled professionals.

•    Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and inspecting equipment.

•    Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

•    A willingness to learn and work hard.

•    Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical systems (preferred but not required).

•    A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

•    High School Diploma or equivalent.

•    Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

•    Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

•    Willingness to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.
