We are seeking skilled Aerial Linemen to join our team. This role involves installing,

maintaining, and repairing overhead power and telecommunication lines, with a strong

emphasis on safety and technical expertise.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set poles and place anchors for overhead telecommunication lines.

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair overhead power lines and associated equipment.

• Climb poles and towers and use bucket trucks to access power lines.

• Test electrical equipment and components for proper operation.

• Read and interpret technical plans, blueprints, and diagrams.

• Follow all procedures and regulations, including safety requirements.

• Complete safety training as required by the position.

• Perform paperwork filing and maintenance as needed.

Essential Education and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months verifiable experience.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Valid DOT Health Card.

• Strong knowledge of electrical safety, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Ability to communicate and listen effectively with customers, employees, etc.

• Basic knowledge of and ability to operate hand tools, equipment, and vehicles safely.

Preferred Skill:

• Class A Driver’s License (CDL).

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to endure activities involved with the job, including prolonged and repeated

lifting, bending, crouching, climbing, kneeling, reaching, holding, standing, and walking.

• Must be able to work in an outdoor environment and is regularly exposed to outside weather

conditions.

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
